Become a Youth Fellow

LiberTEA Fellowship Program

The Equity Alliance Fund, the 501c4 affiliate of The Equity Alliance, is launching the inaugural 2024 cohort of our LiberTEA  Fellowship Program beginning this spring. We are seeking passionate and dedicated college students to join our youth-led voter mobilization team to learn, lead and coordinate advocacy and civic engagement initiatives that promote equity, justice, and social change across Tennessee.

Youth Fellows will play a pivotal role in working alongside the Youth Organizing Manager to engage Black Tennesseans through community engagement events, community mobilization, assisting in increasing voter recruitment and turnout, and receive crucial training on grassroots organizing.

This position requires a driven youth who can effectively mobilize their peers, educate their community, and foster leadership to create a lasting impact. This is an expected 8-month fellowship with a stipend of $800 a month beginning April 1.
